Mini Z racing

If anyone has Mini Z cars in the area, we are getting cars and plan on setting up some races at Hobbytown's hwy 6 location.

John Pena will have to update us on times and dates.
Here is the track

I don't know but in my opinion 1/18 may be too big. You can pick up a mini z ready set rather cheap, just add batteries and you're good to go.

I drove the 1/18th LaTrax Rally cars on the track and there is no room to make a pass on the track. So I don't see it feasible to race them on that track. Some of us RSD regulars are getting Atomic BZ cars. They are really fast and belt drive TCs in a Mini Z Scale. The big push at HT is standard Mini Z in OEM form. So they can build a racing program.

John said Saturdays around 2pm or so. But nothing was set in stone yet as he doesn't have the lap counting system yet. Heck, we don't even have our cars yet either. Now you can get some cars at Hobbytown or at Atomic Mods in Cypress if you want a basic car. It comes with the car and controller. You will need batteries and a charger.

This is what we are looking to do guys.

Looks neat, keep us updated as I live right next to the store. I haven't even been in there much as they never seem to do anything.
